Please Arrive On Time
Appointments begin promptly at your scheduled time. Because I work one-on-one and appointments are scheduled back-to-back, arriving on time helps keep the day running smoothly for everyone.
 
Running Late?
Life happens!
If you're running behind, please send me a text as soon as possible. If you're more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
 
Feeling Sick?
If you're experiencing illness, please let me know. I'd much rather reschedule your appointment than have you come in while sick.
 
Appointment Policies
-Deposits
Some appointments may require a booking deposit.
-Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
-No Shows
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.
-Appointment Confirmations
Appointments that remain unconfirmed may not be held and could become available to other clients.
